Floor2Ceiling Hotel Renovation Services was founded by Raymond Brown with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Raymond Brown served a major role in asset/project management for numerous hotel renovation projects throughout the U.S. including over 10 years as Corporate Director of Engineering for Hospitality Management Advisors (a division of Wright Investments Properties, listed as one of the top 50 management companies in the U.S. by Hotel & Motel Management Magazine).
Through his experience he saw a need for bringing together the goals of the property and expectations of the guest. This experience has resulted in a method of operation that consistently yields a measurable difference in project timelines and superior work quality by controlling workflow thereby minimizing down time and increasing revenue potential. Floor2Ceiling, LLC. has an all-inclusive approach to hotel renovations.
